Aishwarya Rai Return to Glamor

 A smoldering Aishwarya Rai chose a black and ivory Angelo Katsapis number for her very first appearance at the Media Call during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival Thursday, May 24.
The 38-year-old L'Oreal Paris brand ambassador celebrates ten years of her association with the cosmetic giant and her first as a new mommy of daughter Aradhya Bachchan (b. November 15, 2011).
Aishwarya arrived in the city just yesterday and wasted no time getting into her ambassador duties this morning.
The yummy mommy wore a number from the Fall Winter 2012/2013 collection of the Australian designer.

She wore a silk ombre full length dress, grading from black to ivory with graphic black grosgrain trim in the shoulder straps and front detail. The dress is cut as a huge rectangle, collapsing at the sides into an elegant drape.
The Bollywood star accessorized with opentoe nude strappy sandals and a gold bangle. The minimalist look made sure her natural, serene beauty takes center stage.

Ash blew us away with the styling of her lustrous mane and flawless makeup. Her hi-shine hair was parted on the side and worn in curls around the shoulders. The peek-a-boo bangs added mischief to her look.
Makeup included heavy black mascara that opened up her eyes, and the dark kohl liner on the upper lashline gave them definition. She finished off with pink blusher and dewy pink pout.

This marks Aishwarya's eleventh year at the festival. She first hit Cannes in 2002 for the world premiere of her film Devdas.
