The TV Baftas were held in London last night and the stars turned out in the glorious sunshine to celebrate. Kelly Brook, Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby were among the celebs at the event, which saw Dominic West win Best Actor and Emily Watson take the Best Actress award, both for Appropriate Adult.Actress Emilia Fox presented an award in a 1960 Norman Hartnell haute couture dress from WilliamVintage – which also dressed best actress nominee Vicky McClure in 1958 Balenciaga and best supporting actress winner Monica Dolan in 1959 Dior haute couture.
