Justin Bieber Could Face Criminal Battery Charges

Justin Bieber's weekend dust-up with a photog will reportedly be referred to L.A. County DA by cops for possible criminal prosecution.
The investigation in the case is not complete, but sources tell TMZ the cops have taken a decision to refer the case to prosecutors, something they tend to do when a celebrity is involved in alleged wrong doing.
Cops want to question Bieber, 18, over the incident, but he is currently in Norway.
Sunday noon, Bieber got into an altercation with a photog who was attempting to take his picture at The Commons mall, Calabasas.
Justin, who stays in Calabasas, was with his girlfriend Selena Gomez at the time.
The photog called 911, but when the cops arrived Justin and Selena had already left.
The photog complained of pain in his upper torso and was treated at a local hospital and later released.
He then filed a police complaint that the cops are investigating as a case of misdemeanor battery.
Recently, Bieber trained with Mike Tyson and going by how he managed to get the better of the photog, Bieber may have learnt something!
