They have both discretely put their present homes on sale through pocket listings.
A pocket listing is a signed agreement that gives a real estate agent exclusive right to sell or represent the seller, but the property is not listed as being up for sale.
Kim is reportedly asking for $5 million for her Beverly Hills home.
The reality TV star, who recently returned from Europe after spending time with Kanye who is on tour there, appears to be in particularly good spirits, having tweeted a racy picture of she in a leather outfit, thongs et al, with the accompanying Tweet:
"Thanks to all you 2million sexy beasts out there for following me on Instagram! So heres a little present of..."
