Another season of American Idol is in the books and a new champion has been crowned.
Georgia native, Phillip Phillps, faced off last night with 16-year old phenom, Jessica Sanchez. Following a great 2-hour show, Ryan finally revealed that the winner of this season is……Phillip Phillips.
A stunned Phillip attempted to sing his first single, Home, after Ryan made the announcement. Phillip made it through the first verse but broke down in tears. Phillp exited the stage and made his way down to his family.
