Sonakshi Sinha Opposed to Doing Bikini

All Sonakshi Sinha fans can stop dreaming of ever seeing her in bikini scenes or kissing onscreen because the actress has once again reminded everyone of her self imposed restrictions. Luckily, her director for Joker doesn't require his female stars to expose much, making it an ideal working relationship.

"I am not open to wear a bikini. I don't see any reason to change it because if audience has accepted me fully clothed then why will I resort to it."

kissing and intimate scenes is a complete no, Sonakshi says.

"I am not that kind of a person. I have been brought up in certain way, I have certain restrictions that I follow," Sonakshi told PTI.

Her statement comes shortly after rave reviews of Deepika Padukone's fab bikini body shot in the recently released Cocktail trailer.

After receiving appreciation for her debut role as Rajjo in Dabangg opposite Salman Khan, she will be next seen as Paro in Rowdy Rathore, who is from Patna and moves to Mumbai. She flaunts her curves in bright-colored saris and salwar suits. Her look is replete with a nose pin, bangles, and bindis.

We at Sawfnews.com caught up with Shirish Kunder, director/writer of her next release, Joker with co-star Akshay Kumar again.

"Sonakshi has two looks in JOKER. For half the film, she is in Western and the other half in Indian," Shirish told Sawfnews.

"Since I make clean family entertainers and do not expect my heroines to wear bikini's or revealing clothes, Sonakshi was very comfortable with what she had to wear in the film."

"Sonakshi has a performance oriented role in JOKER and will be seen throughout the film with Akshay. Its not the kind of part where the heroine just walks around wearing skimpy clothes," Shirish concluded.

She will be seen as Patiala di kudi in Son Of Sardar opposite Ajay Devgn, donning stately salwar suits.

In Lootera with co-star Ranveer Singh her makeover is of a 1950's woman from Bengal.

Looks like Sonakshi doesn't want to go the Hollywood way, but judging from her sky high popularity we don't blame her at all!
