Bieber, 18, updated his fans on the collision fallout in a video posted on Viddy.com on Friday, June 1, 2012.
"I can't move my eyebrow," Justin says in the video. "It's the weirdest thing, some weird stuff going on."
Bieber hit a glass wall backstage and suffered concussion while performing in Paris on Thursday, May 31, 2012, but doctors say he will be fine.
Following the impact, he was momentarily disoriented, but went back on stage to complete his set.
After the performance, when he returned to his dressing room, he "passed out cold" for about 15 seconds.
