This screen take on the life of Henry Lee Lucas, who confessed to killing some 600 people, is brain-meltingly creepy thanks to the realistic performances of the main characters and the inhuman pleasure they take in inflicting violence on people. Michael Myers from
Halloween might murder you but at least he wouldn’t kill a whole family and videotape it to watch later, repeatedly shoot a random guy in the face while laughing, or electrocute you to death over a $50 TV set.
