This darkly satirical mockumentary explores what would happen if a group of Russian skinheads got together to make propaganda films about themselves to post on the Internet. Apparently the films would be just as sloppy and amateurish as most other videos on the web — although the grimy quality of the piece makes scenes like those depicting the forest training camps and rock concerts played by racist bands even more chilling.
