| Britney Spears Walks Off X Facto |
Britney Spears started well on Day 1 of X Factor with positive and sometimes humor laden critiques that were well received by the audience, but towards the end something caused her to walk off the set.
Sources in the audience told TMZ, that Britney walked off after a contestant "butchered" her song Hold It Against Me during the auditions in Austin, Texas.
However, a source connected with the show claimed that Britney "just needed a break."
Britney didn't return after her walkout and four contestants performed with just the remaining three judges - Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Demi Lovato - watching.
At the beginning of the auditions, Britney disagreed with fellow judge Lovato.
