Despite being a rather weedy, hobbit-like man, Sin City’s Kevin is one of the sickest cannibals ever to have appeared on screen. When you’re mounting your victims’ heads like deer trophies and eating them a piece at a time — and you’re not even the scariest person in the neighborhood — it’s probably a sign that crime in the area has gotten out of control. Oh, Mr Frodo! When did you become so terrifying??
