Justin Bieber recently announced a headlining tour of North America in support of this fourth album, Believe, which drops June 19 and we have the tour details.
The tour will hit 45 cities, kicking off September 29 at Glendale, Arizona and wrapping in Miami on January 26, 2013. Carly Rae Jepsen will be the opening act.
Justin Bieber's Fan Club Presale will begin at noon local time on Wednesday, May 23 from BieberFever.com. Tickets for general public will go on sale on June 2 in the US, and a day earlier in Canada.
Speaking to MTV on May 21, Bieber promised 'surprises' on the tour.
"There's a lot of fun stuff. I've been really hard at work in the studio, in the dance studio, just kind of figuring out what I want to do as far as choreography and whatnot," he said. "I think the tour's going to be really special. We got a lot of surprises."
Meanwhile, Bieber has released the track list? for Believe and the good news is that his duets with Drake, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean and Ludacris have all made the album's final cut.
The album is being executive produced by Scott "Scooter" Braun and Usher Raymond IV.
Boyfriend, the first single from Believe, has had a very impressive run. It hit #1 as soon as it was released on iTunes and went on to debut at #1 on iTunes in 32 countries. The video of the track generated 8 million views in its first 24 hours, and has garnered over 44 million views to date.
