Former Biggest Loser trainer, Jillian Michaels, is now a mom!
The fitness expert has been going through a lengthy adoption process and is now opening up to People about the adoption of her two year old daughter, Lukensia, and is now confirming the birth of her son, Phoenix, with partner Heidi Rhoades.
Rhoades gave birth to little Phoenix on May 3 in Los Angeles, the same week that Jillian was able to bring Lukensia to the United States from Haiti. “We’re swimming in babies over here,” Jillian tells People.
“I don’t even answer email. I don’t have time to care about anything else,” Mchaels says. “I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don’t want to rush any of it.”
