Lindsay Lohan Injured in Serious Car Accident

Lindsay Lohan was involved in a serious accident while driving her black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica around noon on Friday, June 8, 2012.
Her car was totaled - front passenger window shattered, bumper torn off and airbags deployed - when it smashed into a 18 wheeler truck.
An eyewitness told TMZ that the starlet and a co-passenger were bruised and bleeding, but conscious following the mishap. Both have been hospitalized.
Lindsay, who was driving the car, reportedly blamed the truck for cutting her off causing her to ram into it.
Ironically, Lindsay's career as an actress had just revived; she is filming in Los Angeles for Lifetime's Elizabeth Taylor biopic, Liz & Dick, playing the renowned actress.
