Ranbir Kapoor Summoned by Udaipur Court for Smoking in Public

An Udaipur court has asked Ranbir Kapoor to appear before it on June 26 on charges that he violated the Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act by smoking in public.
Ranbir recently wrapped a month long schedule in the city for Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, which additionally headlines Deepika Padukone.
A local resident filed a complainant against Ranbir, 29, on Friday, June 1, after seeing a picture of the actor smoking in public.
Recently a Jaipur court served notice to Shah Rukh Khan for smoking in public during an IPL match in a city stadium. On June 2 Khan pleaded guilty, issued a public apology and accepted to pay a fine.
